That’s where you come in! We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer II to join our Digital Innovations team and help bring our most beloved brands to digital channels. As a motivated member of the engineering community, you will be responsible for guiding end-to-end product initiatives. You'll partner with Product Leads, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to ship small experiments quickly and refactor solutions from real market and operational signals. What You'll Do: Be responsible for the technical architecture and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area or platform, aligning architecture decisions with long-term business strategy. Partner closely with product management, design, and leadership to shape product strategy and translate business goals into technical execution. Champion a culture of experimentation, creating the space and guardrails for teams to take smart technical risks and learn fast from what doesn't work. Translate research, customer signals, and competitive insight into concrete technical innovation that creates lasting advantage for the business.
