Role & Responsibilities Architect, build, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern frameworks—balancing frontend UX with backend scalability. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to translate wireframes and specs into production-ready features. Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across frontend and API layers. Write clean, testable code with unit/integration tests, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews as core practices. Lead technical decision-making on stack selection, architecture patterns, and tooling for new features. Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices across the engineering team.
