ISN is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to lead AI-first platform work at the intersection of agentic systems and production infrastructure. You'll design and ship the systems that let agents and LLMs do real work inside a high-volume product — spanning scheduling, report intake, customer communication, billing workflows, and data extraction. You'll also own the foundation underneath it: our PHP application, AWS/ECS infrastructure, and MySQL/Aurora data layer. This role offers unusual latitude to define how AI works at ISN, backed by the scale and stability of Porch Group and the data of a category-leading home inspection software platform. What You Will Do As A Senior Platform Engineer - AI Platform Build AI features end to end — retrieval, context engineering, structured output, tool/function calling, and evaluation harne
