About the role. As a Senior Product Designer at Zilch, you will be accountable for every feature you design - from the very first sketch through to implementation, you'll guide all stages of the design process and ensure they are of the highest quality. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers, to deliver exceptional user experiences that align with our vision and goals. You’ll not only do world class design work, but also help the rest of the team do great design work too. Day-to-day responsibilities will include. - Take responsibility for the full design process from collaborative research, conception, testing, full journey specs and developer collaboration, through to UX measurement of the launched product. - Coach and mentor your fellow designers, leading critique sessions to help develop a consistently strong holistic experience. - Nurture consistency across different pieces of design work and strengthen the bar we set for the quality of our collective output. - Design customer journeys, create prototypes, user test and measure the success of potential product launches. - Help define and deliver products that are enjoyable to use with a high level of craft and attention to detail. - Work collaboratively to manage and improve our scalable design system that meets product and business goals. - Ca
