Senior QA Engineer

About the Job: As our Senior QA Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of Comfrt 's mobile app portfolio and its supporting backend services. Our apps span wellness experiences (including gamified features like streaks, challenges, and rewards) as well as Shopify-powered eCommerce. You will split your time between manual testing of app functionality and building and maintaining automated tests to streamline QA coverage and regression protection. You will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to test new features, identify edge cases, and validate that changes perform well across iOS and Android devices and through the full customer experience. Responsibilities: Own and execute end-to-end manual testing of new features, content updates, and integrations across the mobile app Design, develop, and maintain automated UI test scripts using mobile automation tooling Create detailed test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on product specs Perform cross-platform testing across iOS and Android to ensure consistent behavior and UX Validate accessibility compliance against WCAG 2.2 AA standards on iOS and Android, including testing with native screen readers (VoiceOver, TalkBack) Write and execute API tests against our serverless backend, including REST and GraphQL endpoints Proactively identify, document, and track bugs and edge cases through to resolution Collaborate with developers to understand how features are built and how best to test them Maintain testing coverage for high-impact user journeys across all apps, including wellness flows, gamification mechanics (streaks, rewards, challenges), and eCommerce flows such as
