Position Summary: Seeking a QA Automation Engineer to safeguard quality in a high-velocity, AI-augmented development lifecycle. This role focuses heavily on creating robust automation scripts and rigorously testing AI-generated features to catch bugs before they reach production. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and execute automated test scripts for Java-backed APIs and Angular UIs. Validate that AI-assisted code fulfills business requirements and maintains edge-case compliance. Manage test data in PostgreSQL and verify AWS deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to understand user stories and acceptance criteria. Participate in the agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. o Conduct 508 compliance testing to ensure our applications meet accessibility standards. Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using issue tracking systems. Perform regression testing to validate software changes and ensure existing functionality is not compromised. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.
