The Salesforce DevOps Engineer is responsible for building and operating reliable CI/CD and release processes for Salesforce. The role combines strong DevOps automation skills with Salesforce deployment expertise to deliver changes safely, consistently, and with full traceability across environments. Key tasks: Drive the DevOps and release strategy for a global Salesforce Sales & Service implementation Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Git, SFDX/sf CLI, validation deploys, automated tests, quality gates) Define environment and branching strategy, release governance, approvals, and rollback/hotfix procedures Troubleshoot deployment issues (metadata dependencies, test failures, permissions) and continuously improve speed and stabil
