About the Role As a Project/Program Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery; including, but not limited to: financials, capacity planning, team utilization, and customer satisfaction. This role requires expertise in professional services, project management, financial control, relationship management, and HR/Talent Management. You must have 8+ years of customer-facing experience in professional services and at least 5 years in project management. Attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills with both customers and consultants across multiple countries is essential. What You'll Work On Lead cross-functional, EMEA-wide project or program teams, overseeing the full project lifecycle. Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery in line with project management methodology and client expectations. Coordinate diverse teams across EMEA to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Drive completion of all deliverables, including project plans, budgets, testing, implementation, and handover to business-as-usual (BAU). Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risks, and issues. Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, particularly in HR Transformation projects powered by SuccessFactors. Resource projects effectively from initiation to completion, balancing delivery needs with financial constraints.
