Senior Staff Consultant (Lead Product Designer B2B/B2C)

Requirements 7.5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines. Proven experience leading end-to-end product discovery initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes. Strong product mindset with expertise in product strategy, prioritization, and outcome-driven decision making. Hands-on experience with structured product discovery frameworks such as Design Thinking, Double Diamond, Lean UX, or similar methodologies. Demonstrated expertise in user research, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping. Experience designing complex digital products across both B2B and B2C environments. Strong portfolio showcasing product discovery, UX strategy, design execution, and business impact. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and related design platforms. Experience working within large-scale, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of design systems and experience contributing to or leveraging design systems effectively. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently defend design decisions. Ability to influence senior leadership and effectively navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments. Experience designing for both mobile and web applications. Strong collaboration skills working with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Business teams. Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading designers is highly desirable. Ex
