Silverback’s next SEO Manager will serve as a premier subject matter expert in all things related to SEO & Organic Search. You will develop and manage a portfolio of 4-6 SEO accounts while building great client relationships and managing projects & deliverables. You’ll bring a scrappy & tenacious attitude to your work, diving headfirst into the “new frontier” of organic search by pushing the boundaries of AI search testing. You’ll also flex best-in-class data analysis chops to break down performance metrics and directly impact the success of our clients’ businesses. Here’s what we expect from our SEO Manager: What You'll Do Strategic Chops: Responsible for driving and executing the strategy, innovation and performance of multiple client SEO strategies. AI & LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including their influence on search behavior and the ability to implement optimized strategies for these engines. Analytical Skills: Fluently leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO platforms, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Client-Facing: Lead recurring status and reporting calls & serve as assigned clients’ primary point of contact with Silverback for all things SEO. Clearly communicate complex SEO strategy and execution details to clients in a digestible, jargon-free manner. Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor & consult
