ServiceNow Architect/Solution Designer MW

The ServiceNow Solution Designer/Architect is a subject matter expert responsible for designing and specifying technical solutions in ServiceNow projects. He/she works closely with the development team to implement and manage functionalities on the ServiceNow platforms of Sword’s clients. Disclaimer : Only candidates eligible for a Swiss work visa will be considered (must hold Swiss or EU nationality). RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform and take ownership of solution design Support development teams in configuring standard applications (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, etc.) as well as developing new applications using ServiceNow features Especially on modules CSM, SPM and ITAM Participate in gathering business and technical requirements and in implementation documentation Integrate ServiceNow with external tools (SCCM, Intune, SAP, etc.) Develop test cases Promote best practices
