Nowhere else will you have as many opportunities to make an impact. ABOUT YOU We are looking for experienced, hungry recruiters for our results-based culture. To succeed with our portfolio, you will have: - Advanced English skills (mandatory). - 2+ years of experience in Recruiting and Startups. - Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range. - Strong sourcing skills and experience with recruiter tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, and others. OUR WAY OF WORKING This is a hybrid position based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. We work onsite four days a week and remotely one day a week (4x1). We've intentionally chosen this model because we believe great recruiting is highly collaborative. Being together allows us to brainstorm difficult searches, share market insights, learn from each other, and continuously improve as a team.
