The Mechanics & Simulation Development Department is responsible for the development of Finite Element-based (FEM) tire simulation processes and methods, including visualization and analysis tools to provide complete solutions for understanding and optimization of the product. This position is intended to be filled on a full-time basis. However, applications for part-time employment will be considered in accordance with business needs. Your main tasks are: Design and implementation of software architecture for finite element simulation Implement numerical methods, solver integrations, and mesh/geometry processing tools Maintain and enhance simulation workflows, including pre- and post-processing capabilities Ensure high software quality through testing, validation, and careful debugging Optimize performance for parallel and high-performance computing environments Collaborate with engineering teams to translate physical models into robust software solutions Support modern development practices (Git, CI/CD, code reviews) and continuous improvement MSc or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a related technical discipline with several years of rele
