What You’ll Do Work with cross-functional teams to build and maintain high-quality Java solutions Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment Apply architectural patterns and best practices to ensure high scalability and performance Track industry advances in technologies and methodologies to help improve products and workflows What Makes You a Great Fit Proven track record in Java software development Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks, SOA, and contemporary databases Experience writing unit tests, refactoring, and maintaining existing codebases Strong understanding of software design patterns and Agile methodologies Curious, pragmatic, and open to rethinking existing solutions Proficiency in Estonian and English Why join Nortal? For senior level position 4600-6000€ gross/monthly (full-time). Final compensation will depend on factors such as relevant experience, role seniority, and skill set.
