Process Engineering : Define, tailor, and implement software testing processes that can be seamlessly applied jointly across our internal team. QA Delivery & Optimization : Show creativity and initiative to expand test coverage, improve effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations for QA deliverables. Metrics & Reporting : Set up testing toolsets, establish QA metrics, collect data, and deliver comprehensive testing status reports to stakeholders Automation Maintenance : Understand, maintain, and utilize existing automation frameworks to automate new test cases (focused on UI and API testing using JavaScript). Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and train other QA team members to elevate their testing capabilities.
