Role Overview We’re hiring a detail-oriented Email & Campaign Ops Specialist to own the end-to-end execution of KodeKloud ’s email and lifecycle campaigns. This role suits a hands-on operator who lives in the details - someone who can take a campaign from brief to build, QA, scheduling, send, and post-send analysis without a step slipping, while keeping deliverability and engagement consistently healthy. Responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of email campaigns - brief, build, QA, scheduling, send, and post-send analysis across lifecycle, nurture, promotional, product, and newsletter sends. Build and manage campaigns in platforms such as HubSpot, CleverTap, SendGrid, or similar ESP and marketing-automation tools, including audience segmentation, list management, templates, and automation workflows. Ideate email campaigns and contribute to messaging, offers, and the send calendar in partnership with content, product, lifecycle, and marketing teams. Own the email calendar and ensure timely, error-free execution across time zones by coordinating assets, copy, and approvals ahead of every send. Protect and grow engagement by monitoring open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, unsubscribes, and spam complaints, and continuously optimizing toward healthy benchmarks. Design and run A/B tests across subject lines, send times, content, CTAs, and segments, and turn results into repeatable best practices.
