Sr. Business Analyst

THE POSITION : The Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) serves as the primary liaison between Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to successfully deliver data and analytics initiatives that support pharmaceutical commercialization. The Sr. BA is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, managing end-to-end project delivery, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data engineering solutions. This role works closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Data Engineers, QA, Architects, and leadership to drive projects from concept through production deployment while maintaining project governance and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate possesses strong business analysis, project management, stakeholder communication, and Agile delivery skills, along with an understanding of modern data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT, cloud data platforms, data warehousing, reporting solutions, and data integration. Manage Agile delivery using JIRA, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, story refinement, progress tracking, and Agile ceremonies. Serve as the primary liaison between Business, Product, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and alignment.
