What You’ll Do As a Sr Business Analyst, you’ll be part of our Tools and Outdoor Pricing Analytics team. You’ll get to: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for assigned pricing analytics initiatives. Partner with Pricing, Sales, Finance, Product Management, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into clear analytical or technical workstreams. Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Visualization teams to support the design and delivery of pricing analytics solutions. Help maintain the roadmap, milestones, priorities, and dependencies for assigned projects or workstreams. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables. Support project intake, requirement gathering, documentation, and follow-up to help move initiatives from concept to execution. Analyze pricing, sales, market, and commercial data to support business decisions and identify actionable insights. Develop reports, dashboards, templates, and visualizations that help stakeholders monitor pricing performance and business outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve pricing analytics processes, reporting workflows, and data quality.
