The Role This role administers, supports, and improves Microsoft 365 productivity services in Lumen’s commercial and government tenants, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Stream, Forms, Viva, and related collaboration services. The position supports defined projects, resolves end-user and operational issues, and partners with business and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable productivity solutions. The role also maintains business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio, and assists users to integrate those solutions with Microsoft 365 services where appropriate. Location This role is designated as a fully remote position within the United States.
