Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) development (Must Have). Expertise in XDM data modeling, including schemas, field groups, datasets, identity maps, relationships, and Profile-enabled datasets (Must Have). Strong experience in audience segmentation, identity resolution, merge policies, namespaces, and profile stitching within Adobe Experience Platform (Must Have). Hands-on experience with Data Distiller (Query Service/SQL) for data enrichment, derived attributes, and reporting datasets (Must Have). Experience configuring sources, datastreams, data ingestion (batch & streaming), and destinations within Adobe Experience Platform. Experience integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe Campaign Classic v8, including audience activation, event synchronization, and writeback. Good understanding of Azure Data Lake, Data Landing Zone (DLZ), Databricks Gold Layer, and cloud-based data integration. Experience with Adobe Experience Platform APIs (Flow Service, Catalog, Segmentation, Query Service) and Postman is preferred. Strong understanding of consent management, GDPR, PII handling, and privacy-by-design principles. Experience with sandbox management, configuration export/import, release promotion, and Agile delivery methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills.
