REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 6+ years Strong experience in UKG implementation projects with at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations UKG Certification in Timekeeping / Workforce Management (Mandatory) Strong expertise in UKG Ready / UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, Time & Attendance processes and Workforce Management solutions Strong functional understanding of Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave & Absence Management, Core/Employee Setup, UKG Payroll, Benefits Administration, Reporting & Analytics, Integrations Experience in Pay rule and work rule configuration, Attendance and labor compliance setup and Payroll integration and downstream data flows Hands-on experience with Payroll systems such as UKG Payroll and ADP, HRIS platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors Good understanding of API-based integrations, Middleware tools such as Boomi and SFTP, flat-file integrations and Data migration, validation, and reconciliation Experience in client-facing implementations and stakeholder management Knowledge of labor laws, workforce compliance, and audit requirements Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, or Healthcare industries preferred Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills Agile/Scrum delivery experience is a plus Exposure to UKG Pro and Payroll systems preferred RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for UKG Timekeeping (UKG Ready / UKG Pro WFM) • Translate business requirements into scalable and compliant workfo
