Staff Software Engineer

The Mission Your goal is to technically lead and transform existing teams into high-performance units where Modern Engineering is the default. You will be the technical driving force in our journey of transforming our on-premise monolith product to a highly scalable, modern hybrid solution. You are responsible for architecting and delivering mission-critical systems where High Availability, resilience, and operational excellence are the standard. Responsibilities Domain Architecture & Execution: Translate high-level architectural visions into robust, scalable technical designs. Lead the hands-on development within our C#, C++, and Angular ecosystem. Modernization & Data Strategy: Actively drive the technical transition toward an Event-Driven Architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and execute the decoupling of legacy monolithic databases into independent services. Resilience, Scalability & FinOps: Build with "you build it, you run it" accountability. Architect components for High Availability and apply FinOps principles to ensure our evolving cloud footprint is resource-efficient. Zero-Trust Security & Identity: Implement secure coding practices and integrate modern identity solutions using Azure AD and Entra ID into the core of your systems. Technical Mentorship (Force Multiplier): Act as the technical role model for your team(s). Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers. AI-Native Engineering: Leverage AI tools in your daily dev
