Leads key engineering initiatives, mentors developers across teams, and contributes to the evolution of Tekion’s platform architecture and engineering excellence. Duties & Responsibilities: • Leads development of complex software solutions and ensures alignment with architectural direction and business objectives. • Designs large-scale system components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Partners with product managers and cross-functional leaders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. • Guides engineering best practices, code standards, and performance tuning across teams. • Mentors and coaches engineers at all levels, supporting career growth and engineering maturity. • Investigates system-wide issues and drives root cause analysis and resolution strategies.
