Role Title Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst / Consultant Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a Senior hands -on consulting-oriented supply chain professional who combines strong domain knowledge with business analysis, solutioning, and client engagement capabilities. They should be comfortable working across strategy, process, technology, and delivery, and should be able to contribute both to sales pursuits and hands-On implementation programs. They should be confident in front of clients, structured in their thinking, strong in analysis & documentation, and capable of converting supply chain business challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions. Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultant to support the end-to-end growth and delivery activities of our Supply Chain practice. The role will involve working across presales, RFP responses, client discovery, requirements analysis, functional solution design, business process consulting, and client-facing presentations. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping clients capture their supply chain challenges, translate business needs into solution requirements, and support the design of scalable, value-driven supply chain solutions powered by data analytics & AI. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, consulting skills, analytical thinking, and familiarity with supply chain planning and enterprise platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO/S/4HANA, or similar solutions. As well as business analysis and mapping tools e.g., Visio, Lucid charts, Python, SQL, ML/AI, etc. Key Responsibilities Presales, RFP and Practice Support Support end-to-end presales activities for Supply Chain transformation and technology engagements. Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solution narratives, effort estimates, assumptions, and delivery approach
