As Systems Administrator (Salesforce), you’ll be responsible for the configuration, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform supporting Army recruiting operations. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, recruiters, and government stakeholders to implement solutions that improve business processes, data quality, user experience, and operational effectiveness. This position requires technical expertise in Salesforce administration, business process automation, system analysis, and platform enhancement, along with the ability to leverage AI-enabled capabilities to improve system functionality, efficiency, and user adoption. Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, Flows, and security settings. Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with Product Leads, Product Designers, Developers, and government stakeholders to implement new capabilities and enhancements. Support the design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce functionality and integrations.
