Reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager, you will be assigned a named book of MSP/SP accounts and serve as the primary technical relationship owner across those partners. You will engage directly across the full breadth of each MSP/SP organization—spanning product management, sales, marketing, operations, service assurance, and NOC teams.
