What you'll be doing: As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will utilize your strong technical competencies and customer management skills to provide a high level of personalized, proactive, and reactive enterprise-class solutions and services to our customers. Our TAM team is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our customers, ensuring their technical needs are met, and helping them to fully leverage WEKA’s products and solutions. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) role is critical to WEKA’s Premium Services offerings in furthering the WEKA customer relationship and ensuring that our customers achieve the greatest value from their WEKA solution.
