Technical Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Technical Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer to support our busy Talent Acquisition team. This is a contract role with anticipation to last through the end of this year. This role sits at the intersection of multi-channel sourcing, operational excellence, and strategic partnership management—and is accountable for delivering exceptional candidate experiences while building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates. You understand what it takes to source great talent across multiple disciplines and experience levels, coordinate complex interview logistics at scale, and maintain meticulous documentation that keeps the recruiting engine running smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sourcing & Multi-Level Pipeline Development - Source and engage passive and active talent across channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, talent communities, and referral networks for a wide variety of roles and experience levels across the organization. - Build and maintain robust, healthy candidate pipelines spanning multiple disciplines: technical roles (software engineering, AI/ML, data science, platform, infrastructure, QA), product & design roles (product management, UX/UI design, product operations), business & operations roles (sales, customer success, finance, people operations, business development), and entry-level through executive positions. - Develop role-specific outreach strategies and draft thoughtful candidate communications that reflect MeridianLink's people-first, purpose-driven culture and resonate with candidates across different industries, backgrounds, and career stages. - Partner closely with rec
