VP of Product and Technical Strategy

THE ROLE We're hiring a VP of Product & Technical Strategy to define and drive product direction across our RF, DSP, and satellite communications product lines. Reporting to the CEO, you'll sit at the intersection of customers, engineering, sales, and leadership, translating complex mission requirements into product strategy, roadmap priorities, and clear technical narratives for the market. This is a high-leverage, foundational role. As our first dedicated product leader, you'll establish the product function from the ground up, shape how a fast-growing hardware company makes its most important decisions, and work directly with a deeply technical founding team. The role is hands-on to start, with the mandate and runway to build a product team as the company scales. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the product roadmap across current and next-generation product lines, including variant strategy, prioritization of customer requirements, lifecycle planning, and the evolution from customer-specific solutions toward scalable product platforms. - Drive technical product strategy with customers. Engage as the senior product voice in technical customer conversations, reasoning through RF, DSP, and satcom requirements to shape opportunities.
