Our Design Team is looking for a passionate and creative Associate Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging products, working closely with cross-functional teams from concept to production Please submit your portfolio as cover letter attachment. What You'll Do: Create innovative, user-focused and consumer-centric toy concepts and play experiences for aligned products. Support the design and development process from early concept through final production-ready execution. Generate new ideas through research, trend review, brainstorming, and sketch exploration. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, vendors, QA, sculptors, and model makers to develop strong design solutions. Present design ideas clearly through sketches, mock-ups, digital visuals, and other communication tools. Refine products to ensure they are safe, functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective. Manage timelines and priorities effectively while supporting multiple projects at different stages.
