As an Operations Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within our telecom network. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in network performance, customer experience, and business operations. Builds, maintains, and communicates detailed reporting models, scorecards, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and related tools to assist operations leadership in evaluating operational performance. Prepares and presents presentations to team and Company leadership on results using dashboards, PowerPoint, Power BI, and/or other visualization tools. Provides strategic assistance to the OI Director and/or the operations team by making recommendations in the areas of operational efficiency and effectiveness.
