Senior Business Intelligence Insights Analyst - Mortgage Leads & Sales

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $150,000 Location: US Based Remote Strong knowledge/experience in mortgage sales is required. Candidates without a background working directly with mortgage sales data will not be considered. We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Insights Analyst to join the Mortgage Business Intelligence & Analytics team, to own analytics and reporting efforts around mortgage sales and lead performance. This is a highly specialized senior-level role responsible for designing, developing, and interpreting reporting that enables sales and marketing leaders to understand performance at every stage of the customer journey—from lead acquisition and qualification through application, loan origination, and funding. This role goes beyond a standard technical background and is ideal for a highly independent individual who thrives with ownership and minimal direction. The successful candidate is naturally curious, proactive, and comfortable identifying business questions, uncovering opportunities, inferring reporting needs, and delivering insights without waiting for requirements to be fully defined. They possess strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales organizations, lead management, and conversion funnels, allowing them to connect data across the customer lifecycle and identify the factors that drive performance. The ideal candidate has advanced expertise in Power BI and is capable of developing sophisticated reporting solutions that extend well beyond standard dashboards. This includes creating scalable semantic models, authoring complex DAX calculations, leveraging advanced visualization techniques, and delivering intuitive, high-performance reporting experiences tailored to unique business needs.
