Our Sales Operations Team plays a crucial role in driving our business forward, and we are seeking an analytically-minded Commercial Operations Analyst to lead reporting and data work for our sales organization. This role is primarily focused (roughly 75% of the time) on building and maintaining the dashboards, reports, and forecasting models the Sales and Sales Operations teams relies on, with the remaining time supporting broader sales operations projects as capacity allows. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills and experience with a BI tool (Power BI preferred; others also welcome) - but what matters most is an analytical mindset and genuine curiosity. You don't need prior experience working with a sales team, but you do need to be willing and able to engage directly with sales, finance, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate their needs into clear reporting. Your impact: Data Analysis & Reporting Own the design, build, and maintenance of sales dashboards, reports, and forecasting models and tools that support sales planning and track performance and effectiveness.
