Service teams use Joby to manage leads, schedule jobs, send estimates and invoices, take payments, and talk to their customers - all in one place.</p> <p> </p> <p>The role</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Product Demo Specialist to be the face of Joby for new and existing customers. This is a full-time, fully remote role, open worldwide.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Run live product demos of Joby over Zoom for prospective customers and show them how it fits their business</li> <li>Handle day-to-day customer support in Intercom (live chat and tickets), from quick how-to questions to troubleshooting</li> <li>Host onboarding and support calls over Zoom to get new customers set up for success</li> <li>Turn common questions into help-center articles and saved replies</li> <li>Pass customer feedback to the team so the product keeps getting better</li> </ul> <p>What we are looking for</p> <ul> <li>2+ years in customer support or customer success at a SaaS company</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Intercom (or a similar tool such as Zendesk) and with running screen-share demos on Zoom</li> <li>Excellent spoken and written English, confident presenting to business owners</li> <li>Self-managed, reliable and empathetic - you will often be the first person our customers talk to</li> <li>Bonus: experience with CRMs or with home-service / field-service businesses</li> </ul> <p>What we offer</p> <ul> <li>Full-time remote position, open worldwide</li> <li>$25,000 - $48,999 per year, depending on experience and loca
