You'll own campaign management end to end — from build and automation logic through performance analysis — turning data into clear, actionable improvements. If you're comfortable owning both the technical automation setup and the analytical side of campaign performance, this role is built for that.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Design and manage marketing campaigns within Microsoft Dynamics CRM</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, including triggers, segmentation, and lead nurturing logic</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities</p> </li> <li> <p>Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain clean, accurate data within Dynamics CRM to support reliable reporting and segmentation</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to align campaigns with broader business goals</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth, reliable campaign execution</p> </li> <li> <p>Report on campaign performance and automation health to relevant stakeholders</p> </li> </ul> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Solid experience with campaign management across multiple channels</p> </li> <li> <p>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including marketing automation features</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations</p> </li> <li> <p>Practical experience building and maintaining marketing automa
