The role exists to address pipeline delays by giving packaging a clear, accountable owner across the project portfolio. </p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Own the packaging workstream across the full project portfolio, representing it in all project forums</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead end-to-end private label launches, including labeling, packaging, and serialization</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive daily project execution — unblocking issues, escalating as needed, and maintaining schedules</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate effectively with the remote packaging managed service</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop a repeatable, structured model for packaging program delivery</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide critical review and challenge of stakeholder technical data to ensure accuracy and feasibility</p> </li> <li> <p>Adapt work style to align with diverse stakeholder cultures across development and commercial teams</p> </li> </ul> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Project management experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals, including GMP, supply chain, and packaging</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with labeling, end-to-end implementation, and project delivery in regulated environments</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work within a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Nice to Have</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Background in R D development and manufacturing site operations</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in solution building, process structuring, and techn
