WHO YOU ARE You are a detail-oriented, process-driven data professional who takes pride in making sure information is accurate, complete, organized, and usable. You understand that clean data isn't simply an administrative task—it is the foundation that allows sales, operations, customer success, and analytics teams to make better decisions and work effectively. You have hands-on experience working with Salesforce and large data sets , and you are comfortable managing the details that come with maintaining a high-volume CRM environment. Whether you are importing records, identifying duplicates, reconciling discrepancies, mapping fields, or investigating why two data sources don't align, you approach the work methodically and don't stop until you understand the issue. You are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable using tools such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, text functions, and data-cleaning techniques to organize and analyze information.
