The Role The Field Verification Apprentice is a hands-on, part-time seasonal apprenticeship designed to develop the next generation of verifiers. This role supports Regenified ’s verification delivery through supervised fieldwork, documentation, and evidence collection while building foundational skills in agronomy, soil health, and verification-ready field execution. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced Verifiers and Lead Verifiers, learning how regenerative standards are applied in real-world farm settings. The role involves up to 90% travel during the Spring–Fall season and emphasizes learning through direct field experience, coaching, and repetition. Success in this role means progressing from assisted field support to confident, consistent execution of high-quality fieldwork that strengthens the integrity, scalability, and credibility of Regenified ’s verification program.
