What you'll be doing: As a Global Resolution Engineer (GRE) – Networking SME at WEKA, you will serve as a top-tier technical escalation resource with deep specialization in networking for high-performance computing (HPC), AI/ML, and enterprise environments. You will be embedded in the GRE team and work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to resolve critical customer issues, influence product networking design, and improve global support readiness. You will combine your expertise in modern networking technologies (Ethernet, Infiniband, RDMA, DPDK, UCX) with an understanding of WEKA’s unique networking stack and deployment architectures, helping customers achieve maximum performance, stability, and scalability in demanding environments.
