What you will do Collect and organize data from multiple sources within the logistics network to ensure total reporting accuracy. Build and maintain basic dashboards that monitor key performance indicators for shipping and warehouse operations. Collaborate with senior team members to identify patterns and inconsistencies in large data sets. Draft regular reports that summarize findings for internal team members and client representatives. Verify the integrity of data pipelines and document any discrepancies for resolution by the technical team. Assist in the development of automated reporting tools to replace manual data entry tasks. Perform basic analysis to answer specific questions regarding logistics efficiency and resource management. Participate in remote team meetings to discuss data findings and refine the requirements for new reports. Maintain detailed documentation of data definitions and reporting procedures to ensure consistency across the firm. What we are looking for Basic proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant information for analysis. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software. Strong skills in spreadsheet software, including the use of formulas, lookups, and pivot tables. An analytical mindset with the ability to look at numbers and understand their practical implications for a logistics business. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining technical findings in a straightforward manner.
