As a Junior Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be part of our early sales team and work directly with experienced sales leaders to learn modern outbound sales, customer engagement, and pipeline generation. No prior BDR experience is required: we're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, resilience, and the motivation to grow into future Account Executives.
