As a fast-growing SaaS organization, our complexity is increasing, and we need a bridge between our Accounting team and our technology stack. In this role, you will be the primary administrator of our NetSuite environment and the driving force behind our automation roadmap. You aren't just maintaining a system; you are reimagining how finance operates by eliminating manual workflows and ensuring our data scales ahead of our growth. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Systems Strategy & Roadmap: Own the long-term vision for the accounting tech stack. Identify bottlenecks in the monthly close and lead the implementation of automated solutions. NetSuite Optimization: Serve as the functional lead for NetSuite, managing complex configurations, saved searches, custom records, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM). Automation Lead: Execute high-priority projects including the automation of intercompany eliminations, SaaS metric reporting, and integration with upstream systems (e.g., Salesforce). Data Integrity & Governance: Establish rigorous system controls and documentation to ensure strong control environment and seamless audit trails.
