About the job This position is needed to lead the development and enhancements of our talent lifecycle applications across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Employee Listening, such as Workday, Eightfold and Qualtrics. The Principal Product Manager will work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and program owners to drive innovative technical solutions and ensure timely delivery aligned with enterprise talent strategies. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Product Strategy & Platform Ownership Own the product strategy and roadmap for talent lifecycle applications such as Workday, Eightfold, Qualtrics, HackerRank, and bespoke TA applications, i.e HackerRank. Partner closely with COEs, program owners, HR leadership, and other stakeholders to capture business needs, define success criteria, and align product vision. Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle including requirements gathering, prioritization, development, testing, and deployment.
