Job Type: Full time Exempt/Non Exempt: Salary Job Description: Location Details: Remote Location. Position Schedule / Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Position Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting in gathering requirements, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions): The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting in gathering requirements, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. Duties may include: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and Salesforce functionality. Gather, refine and drive requirements Building business stakeholder relationship Uncovering needs through flow diagrams Facilitate requirements working sessions Relaying and clarifying requirements for the development and testing teams Prepare and/or review test cases Provide Training for pre and post deployment. Maintain a healthy refined backlog Participate in Agile Ceremonies Supervisory Responsibilities (briefly describe, if applicable, or indicate None): None Qualifications: Required Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications): A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: 2+ years experience in Salesforce as an Administrator or Business Analyst Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Sales and Service processes in Salesforce Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
