The Team: Our team is responsible for improving and supporting our major on-premise Process Mining application and providing a smooth migration and transition path to our Celonis Platform SaaS solution. The Role: We are seeking a talented Software Backend Engineer with expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) who is adaptable and eager to learn new programming languages as required by business needs. The work you’ll do: Taking ownership of the full on-premises product lifecycle: investigating, implementing, building, and delivering to customers. Support and maintain the project stability and security, update dependencies, implement new standards and protocols. Increase the reliability of our software continuously. Support on-premises customers in their path to migrating to the modern cloud-based Celonis Platform. Improving & automating our development processes. Set an example for and mentor, and grow your teammates. Helping define a fun and inclusive engineering culture. The qualifications you need: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3-6 years of hands-on software engineering experience. Hands on experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate frameworks. Exposure to geographically distributed work environments.
