Job Title VP of Data & AI / Head of AI/ML Salary £85k + Equity Company Description Seed-stage B2B AI platform Job Description As the first AI/ML hire, you will lead the data function, building production systems for entity resolution on 800M+ records and NLP extraction from business conversations. Working alongside the CTO, you’ll ship core intelligence that identifies high-intent buyer signals and facilitates double opt-in introductions for a next-generation sales engine. What You Will Do Build and own production ML systems for entity resolution, signal ranking, and NLP on unstructured business data. Take full ownership of the data pipeline stack, from initial ingestion to delivering high-impact model outputs. Collaborate directly with the CTO to scale the AI engine and eventually build and lead a dedicated team. The ideal candidate 5-8 years of experience building production ML systems (not research) with expertise in NLP or entity resolution. Proven background in Fintech or B2B sales intelligence, understanding buyer intent signals and contact graphs. Experience in 0-to-1 environments as an early ML hire who is comfortable writing code and shipping fast. Who are Jack & Jill? Ok, I'll go first.
