About the Role: BigID's Services team is central to how our customers succeed — we own the setup, integration, and deployment of BigID's discovery tools for customers and implementation partners. As a Services Delivery Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of that experience: translating customer requirements into working solutions, troubleshooting deployment issues at their root cause, and partnering with Engineering and Product to make every future rollout smoother than the last.
