Systems Engineer

DroneShield is seeking a Systems Engineer with relevant experience to join the team in Warrenton, Virginia. The position will report to the Vice President of Sales. It represents an exceptional opportunity for a result-driven individual to perform a critical role in a fast growing market. This role includes sales demonstrations and technical problem solving, focused on customization, delivery and support to the end customer. Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations Collaborate with the sales team providing support in customer technical engagement, reviewing system architectures and quotations for technical accuracy. Serve as a primary customer interface for accounts from ordering through to installation, maintenance, and ongoing support. Support new product development projects by serving as an interface between the client and engineering teams. Engage with customers on technical feedback, feeding back to the engineering team and working with them on meeting customer expectations. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts from a variety of backgrounds. Serve as the bridge between end customer or user and the engineering team to ensure that customer requirements are understood and met. Develop and maintain documentation of DroneShield systems to ensure continual operation and system improvements over time.
